Dr. Adam Khan was born in Detroit, but moved to greater Houston for more than half his life. He is a husband, uncle, sibling, son of proud United States citizens, German shepherd lover, business owner, fiscal conservative, and a man who reads scripture daily. "I have founded Isaac Ministry and became an ordained minister, where I have counseled married couples, wed couples, and given online sessions whereby interventions were successful in preventing further fallout. It is time for us to ensure education is no longer attacked. Education, not indoctrination. The course of action which needs to occur is to remove the incumbent out of her seat next election."
Real Experiences, Real Support
Dr. Adam Khan's advocacy for students, families and teachers is unmatched. He's a fearless leader and has in the past enriched our community via positive change in education. Below are testimonials from folks living in the Greater Houston area.
I've worked with Dr. Khan during his tenure as the H.O.A. Board Director in Texas. He took the complete initiative to overhaul our finances. Within one year, without increasing annual dues, we had better vendors, contracts and more savings. He showed the other board members what experience looked like, in action. That's why he has my family's vote. I have full confidence he will apply the same forensic scrutiny in the District 7 seat. Reading the other blue and red bios (including the incumbent lady), nobody else comes to him.
-Tommy F.
I work with Dr. Adam in his Isaac Ministry non-profit in a volunteer capacity. He's a deep believer in doing things the right way. As a result, I can count on trusting him. He's a righteous man and a fantastic leader.
-David Rosenbloom
I worked with Dr. Adam when he was my principal and I was a social studies teacher in Houston. Voting for him is the easiest option. He's transparent, accountable and explains to people "why". He builds people. He's has an old soul for Texas- he doesn't capitulate. He almost sounds ex-military, but he's just passionate and rationale. We finally have a normal and safe option for our schools and future.
- Daniel Jacobs
Dr. Khan was an asset to our Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District #6 Board. Notably, in a time when taxes were rising, he proposed a tax savings rate less than the prior year and yet had a considerable healthy savings reserve. I'm glad he accepted the appointed role by the Commissioner.

Q & A with Adam:
Question 1: What are your thoughts on the queer community? Adam: As a humanitarian (ordained minister), it's not my job to tell you what or who you should like. I like dark chocolate, while you can like white chocolate. My role is to facilitate an inclusive education- predicated by federal and Texas law. I'm not a fan of all the laws, but I abide by them because I choose to live here. As an educator and board member, I can't go rogue simply because I want to impose Christianity in public and private schools. The Constitution trumps and this is why we live in the best country.
Question 2: Why you? Adam: The distinguishing factor is that I come with purpose, goals and policies to implement. If you ask others, they have really nifty ChatGPT-scripted answers. I've been attempting to make positive changes in the very niche I have worked in and currently work. Have you looked at the other candidates? The other candidates are horribly inexperienced. We have an Amazon employee, an IT software guy, and a former felon literally accused of public corruption during their stint as a Port Arthur city employee. The other college professor doesn't have experience nor the educational wherewithal to beat the incumbent. I do. Look at my resume and you'll see I'm head and shoulders above the rest. It's not even close.
Question 3: How would you support teachers/staff? Adam: 1. Push to mandate an "Easy Remove" process for administrative write-ups for misbehaving students. This would start automatic paperwork filled by AI to generate an admin report that won't be in the hands of administrators- but designed by the software which will have a predetermined menu for offences. This unloads admin and clerical back logs and places consequences immediately and notifies all parties real-time (parents, staff, special ed admin, etc...). The result is a classroom experience where, if teachers execute effectively, students are given consequences immediately, while releasing the pressure valve in class. Details of this will be presented post-Primary Election. This is a game changer for all systems currently used.
Queston 4: What is the first line of business you would begin working on upon being elected? Adam: I would work on providing my Board colleagues an alternative to the current Holocaust curriculum we have, with the Bolshevik Revolution- a tragedy far greater than any holocaust, where conservatively, over 20 million people were killed. I intend to promote factual historical events, without international agendas, nor religious bias.
Building a Stronger Future Together: Policies to Push to Protect our Teachers
HR Policy Upgrading
Social media of potential employees screened for criminal footprints (specifically through the lens of violence and harm to minors)
Safety & Staff Health
*Incorporate security cameras in all classrooms via smart screens that are currently active in classes. This provides teachers with easier classroom management and discovery- if behavioral classroom interruptions become problematic. This wouldn't be similar to daycares- where parents can log in' -only accessible to administration and law enforcement. The pilot could be used in a few schools to track data initially and annually published with a SWAT analysis to justify expansion or retraction. Consequentially, staff rights are further enhanced.
*Proposing "mental health" paid days off as part of staff contracts for salaried employees (2/year- 1/semester)
Integrity Pay Scale
Committed to oppose privatization and protect funding, while increasing base salaries that are linked to tax, inflation and interest rate hikes.
